Celebrated head chef Jacques Maximin was awarded a Michelin star in 2011 and is known for the excellence his fish dishes.
Prior to opening Le Bistro de la Marine, Jacque's career has included cooking with Roger Vergé at the Moulin de Mougins, and winning two Michelin stars at Le Chantecler in Nice.
