Mickaël and Gaël Tourteaux, chefs and founders of Flaveur, have won a Michelin star for their fresh take on Provençal cuisine. Brothers, they go foraging in the hills twice a week to find wild herbs and flowers to use in their recipies. Their dishes often include exotic vegetables and sauces inspired by flavours from their childhood in Guadeloupe.
