"I know I'm not a fish, but sometimes, when I'm a long way down, I experience a sort of sensation of fusion with the water. It doesn't happen every time, but if I'm really relaxed and feeling good on a dive, there can be an extraordinary, almost magical feeling of harmony with the liquid element around me"
